Say Nothing

Finding errors on an article or post that has been out there on the internet is irritating. having someone else point it out is irritating times two! Here is a link to an article I wrote last year for Nik Ng’s Massage & Fitness e-magazine (subscribe here) titled, “Say Nothing”. Regular readers will recognize by biases in this article, biases I think we all might be well-served if we adopt. Give it a read and let me know your thoughts.

Hi Walt. I enjoyed reading the article and you are correct I probably would have said something to the effect”it sounds interesting” and it is funny how our nervous system react sometimes.
As far as finding a logical explanation I would recommend “The Manual Articular Approach” developed by Pierre Barral a french Osteopath. In my humble opinion its combination with MFR makes it an extremely effective approach to treat Soft Tissue Pain. Also, I use some other modalities depending on the client’s need.
