Education and Continuing Education/Seminars: I appreciate the opportunity to make my clinic known for the MFR treatment approach we have specialized in for over12 years. My name is Lisa Ganfield, I am a Occupational Therapist, (since 1982), a certified Hand Therapist (since 1991) and a senior instructor for John F. Barnes (since 1998).
I started my MFR courses in 1989, after having a serious back injury that did not respond to traditional Physical Therapy. Within 3 weeks of MFR treatment, I started a journey which I considered was a miracle. No one knew what MFR treatment was at that time. They ridiculed me for taking the courses, and finding ways to incorporate the techniques into the sport medicine clinics and pain treatment centers I worked for. Persistence and a myriad of clients with excellent results, motivated me to finish all the available classes, help assist for many, and mentor others in John F. Barnes’ approach. We have on staff 5 trained therapists We now are in our own beautiful 4,000 sq. foot facility for the past 5 years, and continue doing our good works. We are well respected and have a very good comprehensive and innovative program for assisting clients in their healing journeys.
For more information, please see our website: www.ganfieldtherapeutics.com, which has attached links including one with video clips of actual treatment techniques being performed. We are located equidistance between Chicago and Milwaukee, and would be happy to speak with you or your family and friends regarding their therapy needs. We can be reached at 847-244-7070. Blessings, Lisa Ganfield Pres. Ganfield Therapeutics
