I am an Occupational Therapist Registered and a Licensed Massage Therapist. I specialize in Pain Relief using Myofascial Release CranioSacral Therapy. Attending John Barnes’ MFR Seminars has been a life changing experience since 2000 it has freed me from pain in a physical and emotional level. MFR is a unique whole-body, hands-on approach which has given me a new perspective as a therapist. It is my goal to increase the quality of life of all my clients with love, compassion, and respect.

I have had particular affinity for the syndromes that myofascial release and cranial work address so well chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, chronic pain from injury and misalignment–a particularly important element.
