Visit my website to see video testimonials from people I’ve helped end their pain and movement problems – and the fear and anxiety they bring, to rediscover a quality of life they thought might be gone forever. Fostering the Mind-Body Connection for Good Living

Everyone can & must be responsible for their own body, The path to good health embraces the body from head to toe. Let us understand the environmental and emotional factors that contribute to health-related problems. The root causes of ill health are diet, stress, lifestyle choices and environmental toxins.

We will approach the integration of your health by investigating which root causes of imbalance you are experiencing, on both acute and chronic levels. We will discover where it is easiest for you to begin to make the changes essential to feel better. Together we will formulate a plan for your healing which includes meditation, bodywork, plant medicines and movement exercises. When necessary or preferred, we will avail ourselves of community resources, such as Western medicine, other complementary therapies, psychologists, rehabilitation and spiritual healing.
