Professional Training and Continuing Education:Foundations in Myofascial Release I and II Seminars (Walt Fritz, PT), Dermoneuromodulation (Diane Jacobs, PT)

“I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with my degree in Physical Therapy in 1990 and have practiced in predominantly outpatient settings since that time. I have taken courses in and worked clinically with soft tissue dysfunction since the beginning of my career. My early manual therapy training emphasized trigger point work, but in recent years I have become aware of some of the advances in pain research that have led me to learn more interactive, nervous system friendly approaches to hands-on care. In addition to manual therapy for pain treatment, my other special interest area in my practice is in evaluation and treatment of vestibular disorders for dizziness and balance issues.”

Myofascial Release has been so effective in my own healing process, physically and emotionally. I have been an MFR practitioner for the last 20 years. I prayed to find something that would help my clients and myself heal more permanently, the answer came through finding The Way of the Heart, and I discovered a way to more permanently, help people heal. I specialize working with people who are in pain/discomfort, from accidents, injuries, trauma, PTS, abuse, surgeries. I want people to know there is an alternative to drugs and surgeries and MFR is a way that works.
I specialized in working with physical and emotional challenges.

I have incorporated these two modalities into my practice because after 33 years, I have found it to be the most effective treatment plan around! IT WORKS! My clients and their transformation are a testament to that.

Cashton, Wisconsin 54619

Professional Training and Continuing Education:Graduate of Globe University, Onalaska (Dec 2012), A.A.M.T.
Foundations in Myofascial Release I, II
Lymph Drainage Therapy (Chikly) I, II, III (Advanced class in February 2015)

I work on people of all health conditions and backgrounds, from infant to elderly. I enjoy helping people get long-lasting relief from pain and restricted movement. I specialize in Lymph Drainage Therapy (Chikly) which is a very effective and powerful tool that promotes and supports optimum health by stimulating the movement and drainage of lymph fluid. LDT combined with Myofascial Release gets amazing results for my clients and without much pain or physical discomfort as these therapies work with the body and mind rather than forcing tissues to respond.

In addition to LDT & MFR, I also do therapeutic massage, Ion-cleanse foot detoxes (combine this with the powerful detoxifying effects of LDT to accelerate your body-cleansing program), acupressure, Vita-Flex, aromatherapy, and Raindrop Treatment.

My vision is to help people achieve balanced, optimum health – not just physically, but nutritionally, spiritually, and emotionally as well. Prayer and spiritual guidance are available upon request. I am currently learning about the nutritional (whole food) aspect of healing and will be taking further training regarding the emotional/psychological aspects of trauma, illness, and healing. I believe the Lord God has brought me into this field of natural healing for a specific purpose. I believe He has designed our bodies and minds with an amazing ability to heal and regenerate, given the right circumstances and nutrition. I am excited to help you on your journey to healing and optimal health!
