Approximately seven years ago I had constant muscular pain/pulling in the lower right abdominal area. It was so painful that I was not able to lay flat, sit or stand comfortably. Thankfully a massage therapist had taken a John Barnes MFR class and tried the technique on me. I was amazed at the results and how the pain magically disappeared. I was hooked from that moment on and finally enrolled in schooling in 2009 and graduated massage therapy school May 2010 and passed the National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork exam in July 2010. With all the help and relief I’ve received from MFR therapy work on myself over the years, I felt a little nudge and calling to help others who have problems with chronic pain.
